You can contact the ConceptShare support team to submit an enhancement request, ask a question, or report a technical issue.
Before you can submit a request through the portal, you must already have your Deltek credentials.
To contact the ConceptShare support team:

Using any browser, go to the
Deltek Support Center.

On the Deltek Support Center login page, enter your Deltek Customer Care
User ID and
Password, and click
Login.

From the homepage, click
Submit a Case.

In the
Select Product field, select
ConceptShare.

In the
Environment field, choose from the following:
- Production
- Test
- Development

In the
Severity Level field, choose from the following:
- S4 - General
- S3 - Elevated
- S2 - Critical
- S1 - Mission Critical

In the
Issue Type field, choose from the following:

In the
Summary field, provide a brief description of the issue.

In the
Detail field, provide a detailed description of the issue.
